Cookie Monster spotted speeding in Germany.

The Cookie Monster was spotted speeding in Germany on his way to a cookie convention. He was driving a 90s Audi. He drove 16 km/h over the speed limit of 80 km/h. In a public statement, Cookie Monster said "I'm a monster, not a race car driver. I was on my way to a cookie convention. I was late, so I drove faster. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."

The police could not identify the car, but they did find a cookie in the backseat. Cookie Monster was arrested for speeding and driving under the influence of cookies. He was later released on bail and ordered to attend a cookie driving course.
